After working in Human Resources for over 15 years, Sophie Digard, founder of Ultreïa, decided to focus on what is most valuable as a Human Resources Director: helping leaders become their better selves and reach their full potential.

As an HR Director, she has worked for leading companies in rapidly changing environments: McKinsey&Company and The Coca-Cola Company. She always saw her HR role as an integral part of the business strategy and was therefore heavily involved in critical and complex business situations for the company. The populations she managed were highly skilled, highly engaged and demanding, excelling in rapidly changing environments.

Respect of the demands and objectives of its coachees by implementing all the necessary means to achieve them.

Compliance with the European Code of Ethics of the Coaching Society.
